The smartphone was born out of the need to have a means to track business and personal contacts’ information, project statuses and list of things to do, and the means to get in touch with our contacts, wherever we may be. Smartphones have evolved into a necessary tool to help managed our everyday life..

Cell phone or mobile phone function was to provide people with a means to call and be called without being connected to a line. It also have s text messaging feature, calendar, alarms, etc. They do not use operating systems. Cell phones focus on phone services. They come with a regular number pad and smaller screen.
